We are a small group of semi-retired business professionals with decades of successful experience in a variety of profitable ventures. As such, some time ago we joined forces to offer certain management consulting services to owner-operated enterprises, both start-up and existing operations. During our client engagements we have never found a business venture which we could not assist and help make better; all to the benefit of the owner(s).
We are pleased to share our business philosophy and our name Mutual Gain says it all. Simply put, we believe that we can be successful 'only if you are'. and our services are specifically designed with this always in mind.
Of enormous benefit is that our services are without charge to many clients. In those cases we are paid through a portion of the cost reductions and savings we are able to generate on their behalf. As such, both we and our client benefit from this 'mutual gain' process.
Due to our continuing growth and the addition of some new managing partners our website needed an extensive update and this is now underway. We ask for your patience until this development is completed.
